With our Spacemaker building system, free standing structures or home extensions can be built for
substantially less cost and in a fraction of the time compared to conventional construction. Spacemaker’s
insulated wall and roof panels, and unique building method mean the average extension can go from the
finished floor to lock up stage in less than a week. All the wall and roof panels are formed with a super
insulating core which exceeds that of brick veneer. Windows and doors come in a range of sizes, and
the aluminium framing system is so strong that Spacemaker is suitable for the cyclonic regions of North
Queensland. Internal wall finishes include plasterboard, decorative plywood or
fibre cement. External finishes include fibre cement for modern style render or
painting, reinforced embossed aluminium, or structural ply for over cladding.
