APS Versiclad composite roof panels are a 3 in 1 specialty product which combine a colour coated exterior profiled steel weather face, a fire retardant polystyrene insulated core, and a stucco embossed pre-finished ceiling face.
One application is all that’s required to provide a roof, insulation, and a maintenance free ceiling face.
Panels are joined via the tongue & groove joint on the ceiling face, and the lapping of the top skin to provide an effective weather seal. Provisions for wiring are evenly spaced throughout each panel core, and we do recommend using 25mm conduit when installing.
APS roof panels will dramatically reduce the heat transfer normally associated with single skin roofing during Summer, plus reduce mould and condensation during Winter. Long trafficable free spans can also help reduce the amount of unsightly support beams to leave you with a fresh clear uninterrupted ceiling .
